My evil sim is rather rude in conversations. Like, 70% of the time. I have to keep an eye on them while their autonomy is on high.
I use several mods, such as Personality Please! from MTS , Shimrod's facial overlay , and Meaningful Stories by Roburky. These combined alleviate a lot of the "too nice" issues present in the game.
I've also found that giving them the Hot Headded trait helps them choose mean interactions more often.
