I'm with you!

I never liked WA for the actual game play, but I loved that I could create my own things with the content. I once built a world based on Tuscany and created hidden rooms in a monastery and several historic places around the town. You could also use the rubble on construction sites or damaged building sites. The nectar making stuff could be used in regular towns in winery's or breweries. There were a lot of applications you could find for this stuff if you got creative.

My problem now is that you are usually stuck with what they give you. Which is fine once or twice, but eventually you get bored. I fear that the devs really don't understand what made the The Sims so enduring. It was the freedom to create the game you wanted. To build your world, your way, your rules, your little simizens. The way I play is nothing like the way other people play. It's a very personal experience that you cannot achieve with any other game. And they're ruining it. I really wish they would get back on track and understand that their job has always been to provide us with the tools and we'll do the rest. Instead they're boxing us in with walls.

TS4 is the worst game of the series. Even though I don't like the "look" of Minecraft, it is now the clear winner for people who actually want to create and play open-ended. Or go back to TS2 and TS3. So sad what they've done.

I must be one of the few who found Bon Voyage boring overall. I just couldn't get into it. I preferred World Adventures style but I do love the idea of learning local cuisines and dances which is what they are bringing back with Jungle Adventure.

I don't know if this is the right forum to ask about it but are the Sims 4 Expansion Packs for Toddlers, Vampires, and pets worth getting, they seem like they'd be fun.

I would like to be able to make jewelry, and we already have the stuff we dig up that we could make things out of them.

I want more vacation world with culture like Egyptian culture for a Egypt theme vacation world. Bon Voyage + World Adventure + Sims 4 Style + more vacation world = Mind Blown. :D

While I enjoyed the TS3 World Adventure EP, it got old real fast after completing the missions a couple of times and in my opinion didn't have near the gameplay as TS2 Bon Voyage EP. I would love to see TS4 Vacation EP that lets our sims have true vacations from either a fun family vacation to a romantic honeymoon or anniversary vacation.

Plus, I'd love to see an tropical island destination added with at least two types of hotels, a retro-looking cheaper motel and a modern expensive hotel. :)

Yeah i'm not a fan of vacation to go somewhere and just relax. I love adventuring, and liberating artifacts.

I still want, England, France, Rome, Greece Egypt-Arabian worlds.

Personally, I liked and enjoyed the adventuring aspect of WA and am glad to see it's brought back in some aspect for JA.

I loved Bon Voyage, especially Twikii Island. I also liked the beach area in Sims Vacation.

As much as I think Jungle Adventure looks great, I do agree that a relaxing vacation spot would be nice too. I hope they do that beach/winter wonderland vacation thing mentioned in a survey before, because I'd be into that, and that could be our chance to have hotels in the game.

I cant wait until mermaids comes out tho...
