@Fancyb2fancy I think the urn has to be on the premises of the residential lot first in order for the ghost to move in. You can test that out though. @loubyloulou did this fix work for you?
@SheriSim57 I think that at the beginning of a game the ghosts at Ghost Night, or wandering around on Spooky Day, or in the ghosty City Living apartments, are sims who start the game as ghosts: Felix Psyded, Mimsy, Bernard. Possibly some randomly generated ghosts who start out as ghosts as well. It would work the same for someone who never created ghosts via deaths in gameplay.
