Update! I wasn't able to find the dearly departed Moira's urn anywhere... But, for some reason, after coming back from visiting her house in Windenburg to see if it was there, I was able to ask Moira's ghost to move in with me no problem. Don't know if that's connected or just a happy coincidence. Either way, I'm happy to be finished with this scenario :D
