I hated that leaving bed unmade spawned flies but other than that I would love to have making beds back, just adds to immersion to have something small to keep up with...but it could take like longer time for it to turn nasty and i think it should just be stinky instead of summoning annoying sounds
maids and butlers would have more to do in my vampire mansions than be food too 😅
Making the bed
Never thought I'd miss this so much from earlier games.
I would love for there to actually be zero new content, and for The Sims team to just focus on fixing an incredibly broken game.
I heard that it was suppose to be a vacation theme expansion pack, much like world adventures.
Elders can already raise or help raise their grand kids. There are also tons of things for elders to do, since they can do almost anything adults can do. They can have a job, socialize, enjoy most hobbies (other than fitness). I often play three-generation families and, when I don't need their help with the grand kids, I'll just leave the elders to their own devices to enjoy the hobbies that they've picked up over the years. Now and then I'll get a notification like "Grandma painted a masterpiece!" or "Grandpa hacked into the Landgraab Industries mainframe!"
I do like the idea of elder-specific mini-aspirations. And I fully agree that we could use more activities for the little ones.
If it's not Cooking or Gardening, I don't think Maxis will want to do it.
I would like it but I would also prefer new musical instruments and ability to create custom entertaining objects like Kite, Puppet or Racing simulator (arcade)
I really liked the "making the bed" (consistent if neat/perfectionist), not making bed (lazy/slob), or chance (I think it was a chance for all other sims).
I might be in the minority but I'd love to see more chores in the game. Making the bed, mowing the lawn, washing windows, cleaning the microwave, dusting. Could count towards the responsibility Character Value for children and teens.
It doesn't matter because it won't be fun, The Sims isn't Minecraft or Lego.
A game for workaholic and chore freak sims.
