- ChuChuExpress2 years agoSeasoned AceNot going to lie, I freaked when I saw the stuff pack announcement pop up in the road map.

- FreddyFox12342 years agoSeasoned AceI didn't notice car sounds in the background! I hope it is cars, for everyone who really wants them. I don't mind, but I'm certainly happy to add them if they come.
Is this the first roadmap we've had in years that doesn't include any kits?! - greydonn2 years agoSeasoned AceI can't believe we're getting a third expansion pack this year and a stuff pack. I'm watching with delighted and hopeful eyes o.o
- xVyolette2 years agoNew VanguardI honestly was not expecting this announcement at all. 3 expansion packs this year! So glad I was wrong about this because I was definitely thinking that it would be another March release for the EP, if one was announced. And also, STUFF PACKS are back!! YAYY! So glad they're not done with them and I hope this means we'll see them a bit more now.. but just glad to know they haven't been forgotten.. and if game-play kits never come back, I think I'll be okay with that AS long as we get Stuff packs again!
Really curious what the neighborly pack could be, though.. looked like house keys, but I also have my car keys on my house key, so I don't know. Maybe we're getting a pack that is going to give us cars (being able to fixer-upper car again) and neighborly events (like seeing more of what you're neighbors could do).
Oh my goodness, if they give us more open spaces to be able to visit neighbors, to see what neighbors are up to outside in their yards, or for them to be able to visit, etc I will be SO HAPPY! (maybe they can finally revamp the trick-or-treating and allow us to trick or treat around the neighborly area and host neighborly get together) ... D: I'm so getting my hopes too high, I know! lol
Maybe it could be new housing, though.. honestly Neighborly makes me think of Suburban.. that's why I think maybe there's a chance for visiting neighbors, etc. But maybe it's City-life and Apartments because it does talk about "hustle and bustle/get busy".. That makes me honestly think of gig work/side gigs for making money. (Like fiver, or TaskRabbit) That could be interesting, too! - lemonnella2 years agoSeasoned Ace

There are two kits coming in Q4.

Last time this happened was 2013 (Uni, Island, ITF). - amber_ilumire2 years agoSeasoned AceI’m so pumped for this quarter! A neighbourly expansion pack feels like it would probably tie in nicely with Growing Together, but I’m so excited to see what this pack brings to add some more life and variety into our sims’ relationships outside the home.
Plus the stuff pack return was unexpected! Pleased to know that they haven’t been forgotten about and abandoned.
I can’t wait to find out more info. - lemonnella2 years agoSeasoned Ace

I'm seeing house keys...maybe the ability to rent out houses like Airbnb? Or new gameplay elements similar to the real estate mod...that comes to mind with the "hustle" theme
I agree. The roadmap blog article mentions building a home for you and yours or cultivating a local community. They also chose to expand on Landgraab lore in Behind the Sims which focuses on real estate. Possibility of owning multiple properties? Who knows. - alanmichael12 years agoSeasoned Ace

Building a home would not really be an innovative feature
