Family Bulletin Board is broken. Can't clear it. No Mods Installed.

Just noticed that yesterday in my game -- I'll go check LMS site but I don't want to start relying on mods to fix EA's errors (that was my big complaint in Sims 3 -- mods should be for enhancing gameplay not fixing bugs). I hit the Me Too button at AHQ.
