So I just started to use this pack and this particular feature, and thought it pair great having pre-existing family recipes for dynasties. But when sadly almost all the final touches are locked. And I was looking for a cheat (which was said to exist (at least for MAC) but people had reported it not working for them), or mod and nothing...
So i decided to look myself. Low and behold at least for PC (not MAC) the cheat to unlock all via cheat (testingcheats and shift click to get a pie menu option to unlock all for Grammy's Family Recipes Book) is just not enabled. So I just modded the tuning file from False -> True and Viola! It now can unlock via a cheat if I want.
Thought I'd share the tuned file for those who want to unlock via cheats for certain saves or just to play test. To confirm this just unlocks the cheat, for the option to unlock, they do not unlock without the direction testingcheats on/true, and shift + click to get a pie menu option with Grammy's Family Recipes Book.
