Compared to the poll options, nectar making is a small feature - it can easily use many of the already-existing produce and be based on already-overhauled gardening. It'd be just a new skill and a few objects (and, hopefully, either a gardening branch or freelancer branch). Still, all of that is small stuff compared to full-scale horses, a full-scale new approach to growing crops, living off the grid (if it included power system with wind turbines and water wells), or a new system of keeping farm animals (which would need more than nectar making due to wider array of buildings for each species + their needs). In all of that, nectar making would definitely be a minor feature.
