Farming, Witches, University or...

Considering all the comments I've seen in the last few days, I feel there's three distinct thing simmers want above all else: Witches, University and Farming. Or maybe you just want something complete...

Farming with farm animals, canning, country fair, Off the Grid and nectar making would be neat.

Or Supernatural Expansion with fairies, witches, magic fortune telling and werewolves!
