Considering all the comments I've seen in the last few days, I feel there's three distinct thing simmers want above all else: Witches, University and Farming. Or maybe you just want something complete...

For me:
First of all i want more occult. i don't care what and in which order. i just want more. Bonus points if each of them has a powers/weaknesses tree
Second, i want University. The immersion in TS4 is already horrible in certain aspects (which probably won't be fixed) but having the ability to go to campus can help with it at least a bit.
After that, i want more vacation worlds. Like a tropical one and another culturally inspired one. The Vacation worlds menu is so lacking that i still struggle to send my sims to vacation whenever i play ts4.
