Fashion Photographer: Getting your photos back takes a day

When you get gigs where you have to send your photo to get approved and then uploaded to simstagram your photographer for some reason sends his/hers photo through the mailbox, not the computer and you have to do it from home. Your photo will get approved in an hour or so but then you have to wait to the next day to get your photo back.

All the other freelancers are using digital tablets and laptops but apparently the photographer doesn't believe in such things and instead uses the postal service...

why?
