"Fast internet" lot trait

Question

I'm playing the Stuck in their shadow scenario. The sim is in the Tech Guru career, so I chose the Fast internet lot trait for her. Could someone explain to me why that gives an Energized moodlet? Since last I checked, both programming and gaming needs Focused, not Energized.

Could this possibly be changed, please?

Energized doesn't help with any of those skills, though. Neither does Science lair, because gaming and programming doesn't trigger the moodlet from it.

Coffee is for me, my sims never drink the stuff :p
