What are your favorite and least favorite packs? Be sure to include at least one for each type! Feel free to update as more packs are added. Favorite expansion: Get together. I cannot live without the clubs and I am in love with the build buy stuff and the world. Least favorite expansion: Get to work. I like the concept but it feels so incredibly half baked to me and it's way too linear. Favorite gamepack: Dine out. I still get excited playing restaurants as I was day 1, I love then so much. Least favorite game pack: Outdoor retreat. I don't dislike it at all, it's just my least used out of them all. Favorite stuff pack: Movie hangout or cool kitchen. Can't decide, I love them both. Least favorite stuff pack: perfect patio. I couldnt care less about this stuff pack, I only bought it for the hot tubs. The cas is alright but the buy stuff bores me to tears.

Fav EP: Get Together. I like City Living a lot too cuz it makes the sims world a bit more lively with the festivals but I like Get Together cuz of the clubs. It makes storytelling much easier for me. There's also more build mode items in it which I love cuz I like building.Least Fav EP: Get To Work. The careers get really repetitive and sadly, that's the core of the content.Fav Game Pack: Spa Day. Love the build/buy mode things in this. I don't use the spa venues that much but the wallpaper and floor tiles in this pack mean so much to me. XDLeast Fav Game Pack: Outdoor Retreat. I rarely take my sims to vacation cuz of the deadly refreshed moodlet bug. I know they said they fixed it already, but I'm not gonna risk it.Fav Stuff Pack: Cool Kitchen. I'm always up for new kitchen counters and cabinets! Some of the outfits are nice too for casual wear.Least Stuff Pack: Luxury Party. I barely use the items in this pack and there's too few stuff in this. :confounded:

Get to work is my favourite anything so far. Lots of different gameplay aspects and achievements, aliens, new destinations, Sixam, jobs, collectibles etc. Took me a few weeks to explore the whole thing while everything else so far is "done" in a few hours or at most a couple of days.Least favourite is Get together because there isn't really any new gameplay, it just reuses thing from base game or other packs.I dont really have a favourite GP, I do like the idea of OR better than SP but I'm pretty sure I use the SP object a lot more.Spooky stuff is my favourite SP and possibly my second favourite anything. It's the closest to supernatural we have right now.My absolute fav will most likely be vampires if the rumour is true :)

FAV EP: City living. I love have an urban world and I like CAS and the new collectibles LEAST FAV EP:GTW there is absolutely nothing I like about this EP, as far as I'm concerned it was a huge waste of money and it's not even half baked , it's raw it's not baked at allFAV GP:Haven't gotten a real favorite GP yet, but spa day has been the best for me right now the yoga skill I can't live without.LEAST FAV GP:Outdoors retreat. Hate the fake bears, the ugly birds and honestly I don't even enjoy the vacation spot we got. A beach would have been so much better considering we don't even have seasons, so at least that way it would make more sense. With a forest you are missing rain and wind and a million things that would make it so much better FAV SP: Surprisingly, movie hangout. I hate the concept, but CAS was amazing and I have a weak spot for CASLEAST FAV SP: Like 40% of them, but if I have tochoose one to keep it simple I would say cool kitchen, we got like no kitchen stuff besides maybe like one set, but not enough to create different kitchen styles.

Favorite EP - City Living. I love all the modern furniture and Asian inspired clothing. I am also a city girl, love living in high rise buildings with giant windows.Least favorite EP - Get to Work. Like everyone says, the 3 careers that came with it are a bit tedious after certain time, and they are also buggy. The scientist career has no co-workers showing up at work for me until I had to manually add them back. For detective career, the criminal does not show up in at the police station after being caught. For the doctor career, no pregnant sim ever showed up for my doctor sim to deliver a baby. I had to use a cheat to get him promoted cuz I can't wait any longer. Retail is also half baked, it's not fun like Open for Business in TS2. Photo booth is disappointing, I can only take picture with either 2 adults or 2 kids, I can't even take a family portrait with all the family members. There is also no one tending the booth. With my household of two (husband and wife), they can't even take a photo by themselves. Favorite GP - Spa Day. I love all the furniture and stuff in build mode. My sims also do yoga a lot. Least favorite GP - Outdoor Retreat. With only one destination to go, I get bored after a while. I am also not a camping type of person, now my sims don't even take a vacation anymore.Favorite SP - Luxury Party and Romantic Garden. I can't decide which one to pick, so I will pick both. Luxury Party for the glamorous outfits, the banquet table and fountain of mirth! My wedding/parties won't be so successful with the banquet table and fountain of mirth. Romantic Garden for the cute outfits and more plants for the garden.Least favorite SP - I don't have one in particular, but if I must choose, I will say Kids Room. I do like the new outfits and furniture for the kids, but the monster under the bed really turns me off. There is a family I think it's bugged, the kid wakes up every night scaring of the monster, even when I have the defender nightlight on.

Hello! This is my first post here on the forum. I just wanted to mention that I'm a latecomer to this game. I have never played Sims 1-3. I dabbled a bit with Sims Freeplay, and from there I moved on to Sims 4. Despite some issues, I am totally enjoying the game so far!Favourite EP: I'd have to pick Get Together just for Windenberg alone, not to mention the great build items from this pack. Since getting this pack, all my played sims now live in this world. I don't care too much about the nightclubs though. Second would be Get To Work. I admit, I've only played the scientist career, but the ability to join my sim at work, make inventions and use those outside of the workplace tops any other career that I've tried so far.Least Favourite EP: I do like some of the festivals, flea market and getting new recipes, but this is just a place my sims would visit occasionally.GP: I only have Spa Day and Outdoor Retreat, but Outdoor Retreat would have to be the favourite. I like to play 'rags to riches' type of stories, and the tents and coolers come in really handy when my sims are just starting out. With a few outdoorsy sims in my game, the plant and insect collectibles from this pack are a great addition. I've also come to rely on cloudgaze/stargaze as a way to build relationships....way less clicking that way! :) I really like the build items from Spa Day, but the actual spa with the services and silent yoga classes are a bit under-whelming.SP: Again, I only have two packs: Romantic Garden and Movie Hangout. As someone who appreciates plants and flowers, there are sadly very few plants offered in this pack, and majority of those look very artificial. The plants that came with the base game were designed much better. Movie Hangout isn't bad at all, the furniture and clothing are cute and colourful although I don't tend to use these items much with my current setting.

Favorite; Get Together. I really enjoy the together option when out in groups and clubs, despite the ALL NIGHT phone calls and text messages.

Least; Vampires. While I was excited for this pack, played it, greatly enjoyed the vampire skills... it is currently the only extension of TS4 I have uninstalled due to the late night random vampire attacks (Yes, I know about garlic) and the vampires entering lots (even though this was corrected, yet still happens to some gamers).

That is hilarious as I am the exact opposite of yours as my fav pack - is the Vampires and my least fav and rather useless pack to me is Get Together. I love supernaturals and toddlers - I despise CLUBS and partying.

To each their own I guess - but I simply hated Sims 4 until we got the toddlers and the Vamps pack - now I totally love it.

I do love the science career in GTW but the rest of that pack sort of rots. I love retail in previous sims but retail in Sims 4 way under par to me. Wish all the careers had been as indepth as the science career and the retail seriously needs to revisit Sims 2 retail - as that was the absolutely retail perfection for a sims game.

Favorite expansion: get together. I love the european style of windenburg, the new clothes, new everything, and clubs are nice.

Least favorite expansion: get to work, only because there's no room for growth down the line. it only had 3 professions, and then stores, all of which you do once, and are pretty much done with. I do still use the build/buy stuff, but I barely actually go to work with anyone anymore.

Favorite game pack: I love the clothing and build styles for both vampires and dine out. I still use a lot of spa day stuff as well, so I don't know that I have a fav.

Least favorite game pack: outdoor retreat. I like it, but I don't use it much because we can't adjust life stage spans. I feel like it takes too much time out of "normal", and "long" is just ridiculously long. The only time I really go camping with my sims, I have to switch the aging so I don't feel like I'm wasting so much time.

Favorite stuff pack: This one's hard. I'd probably say, movie hangout and vintage glamour, with cool kitchen coming in close. I use the CAS and build/buy stuff all the time from each. Cool kitchen probably would have been tied for first, if it had more KITCHEN in it. I felt like that pack had WAY too much CAS stuff, and only one set of counters was incredibly disappointing. No food processor really annoyed me too.

Least favorite stuff pack: perfect patio. hot tubs should have been in the base game. I use the stuff from this pack still, but the fact that we had to buy this still irks me. Beyond this though, I'd say spooky stuff because we only use it once a year really, and while I don't use much of the luxury party build items, I do still use the CAS stuff all the time.

Fave EP: City Living. Spicy food and chopsticks all I've ever wanted. Apartments are meh.
-Least Fave EP: Get to Work. I don't do active careers.

Fave GP: Dine out. I bought the entire game so i could play this. I love restaurants
-Least Fave GP: Dine out: It's been bugged for me for a long time, I can't play my restaurants anymore. And its seems to be the most buggy actually. Special Mention: Outdoor Retreat, because it's boring.

Fave SP: Romantic Garden. Love the plants.

Favorite EP: Probably City Living or Get Together. I've enjoyed all of them to be honest and Get To Work brought so much to my game back then but Get Together changed the dynamic of the game and Windenburg is gorgeous.

Least favorite: Only because I have to pick one, it'd be Get To Work. I love all of the active careers but I don't play them that much. I was obsessed with the Scientist for a long time but I rarely pick these anymore.

Favorite GP: So far, Dine Out but maybe Parenthood will be my favorite.

Least favorite GP: Probably Outdoor Retreat. It's a nice experience but I rarely go there. I'd have said Vampires because I don't play them that often but the items that it came with are amazing.

Favorite SP: Movie Hangout. It's just one of the 3 I've bought, not interested in the rest.

Least favorite SP: Not interested in Luxury Party. Cool Kitchen also looks like it lacks a ton of actual Kitchen stuff.

Least Favorite EP: Get to Work, I simply don't play the content at all

Favorite GP: Vampires, I love the CAS and build/buy objects and the supernatural elemements added to the game

Least Favorite GP: Outdoor Retreat- I just never use it

Favorite SP: It's a tough choice between Romantic Garden and Movie Night

Least Favorite SP: Bowling Night, I like the clothing and hairstyles for females but that's all I really bought it for

Fave EP: Get Together. This pack wasn't as big as I would have liked, but I love the clubs. I feel like it's such a useful tool in the game and you can be so creative with it. Really underrated pack.

Least fave EP: Get to Work. No contest. I don't care about a single thing in this pack. I never play the active careers and I do not find it enhances gameplay at all.

Fave GP: I'm not sure. I guess Spa Day because I really like the yoga and meditation objects and the wellness skill. I use the CAS and buy/build mode stuff all the time, too

Least Fave GP: Outdoor Retreat. I don't have anything against it, but I barely use it and I dislike that the bug collecting is limited to the one world.

Fave SP: I don't know. Backyard Stuff? I love the slip and slide thing and lemonade.

Least Fave SP: Probably ones I didn't buy because I didn't find them at all appealing. These would be Spooky Stuff and Bowling Stuff. I like everything I've bought for Stuff Packs

Favorite EP: Get Together- Windenburg is gorgeous, and it's my favorite world. Some of the mechanics in the EP were nice as well.

Least favorite EP: Get to work- Underwhelming overall.

Favorite GP and least Favorite GP - This is a tough one, I can't decide. I like them all but I wish my sim's herbalism skill could have been integrated with Spa Day gameplay. I also like Dine Out. I haven't got Vampires yet.

Favorite stuff pack: Toss up between backyard stuff and vintage glamour stuff.

Least favorite stuff pack: Toss up between perfect patio (which I only got for the tubs) and Luxury Party Stuff ( which I never use)

Favorite EP: I absolutely love City Living. I love the CAS items and the items.
Least Favorite EP: I don't have a least favorite, but I don't use Get Together as much as the other 2.
Favorite GP: It's a toss up between Spa Day and Dine Out. I use aspects of both of them all the time!
Least Favorite GP: I'm going off of ones I own. I would put Vampires here, but I don't own that one, so it will have to be Outdoor Retreat. I just really don't use the content that much.
Favorite SP: I like most of the ones I have, so I would have to say that it would be Romantic Garden Stuff. I like the fountain and the wishing well as well as the CAS items. A close second would be Movie Stuff.
Least Favorite SP: I really don't like Luxury Party Stuff. I don't feel like it adds a whole lot to the game.
