Favorite spot for dates?
I personally like Stargazer Lounge (City living) or The Bluffs (Get Together). The latter is nice and private and no one interrupts my sims there.

Indeed, it's the same for me and my game too, My sims spend too much time at home and not enough socializing. However I shall make the effort to get more sims romancing and out on more dates; if I can tear them away from their computers long enough. :D
