Favorite Starting Lot?

Assuming that you're starting with a single Sim with $20,000, with no cheats, where do you like to place them? I've used the empty lot across from Johnny Zest's trailer quite a few times. My current Sim is at 2 Olde Mill Lane in HoB.

Easily the best lot to start off. The orange ground and mountains get me feeling a strange way so I have to avoid going there. Good times there however

I choose literally any lot that is empty and they can afford, either furnished, unfurnished or no building. The lot choice depends more on the story I am trying to tell.
