Favourite and least favourite skills to build?

There's just so many skills to choose from, basically a good thing, but I tend to focus more on everyday activities than to build skills beyond those strictly needed. But I loved maxing my sim's singing skill, it was fun imagining whatever she could be up to if it was a real career, and it was fascinating watching and listening.

I don't really dislike any skill, but I don't think any of my 230 sims learned mixology unless they mixed a random drink, of course.
