Favorites
Fitness - it's the easiest to level up plain and simple.
Writing - I love giving books my sims write rl book/movie names and I can just watch them sit their for hours. Also great money.
Flower Arranging - Never been a fan of gardening as I only wanted to plant flowers but I saw no point as they served no use other then to sell but now I can make arrangements to sell in my shops or use them to decorate my homes.
Least Favorite
Handiness - I have no interest in woodworking and I don't care to have my sims upgrade their objects.
Pragraming - Cause I forget about it
Herbalism - I don't have much use for the tonics and I rarely go on vacation that I forget it exists.
