Favourite and least favourite skills to build?

I love building the music skills. I love how more songs unlock and I find it really rewarding. I actually feel like my Sim is learning something.

I don't dislike it, but I feel the Cooking skill levels up far too fast. By the time my Sims hit late adult age they are all Gordon Ramseys.
