For base game Gardening and painting would have to be my favorite. Additional content would probably be flower arranging, acting and parenting. I don't think much about charisma and cooking since I never really have to "work" at it as my sims generally skill up just to fill their needs (I get so used to spamming charisma social interactions that I forget when I don't need to anymore).
I have mixed feelings about handiness. I'd possibly enjoy it more if I used the work bench more but I always wait till my handiness is higher and I get frustrated when everything breaks and my sims are low skill.
Logic is probably my least favorite because usually when I need to build it I can only afford the chess table.
