What is everyone's favourite pre made house on the game? It can be from any of the sims games (Sims, The sims 2, the sims 3 or the sims 4) ?

Goodness, they are difficult for me to remember from most other entries and even in 4 not many stand out. I usually use my own or have saved edits to various homes I would use.I suppose my favorite is Vlad's mansion. Over the years, I have greatly expanded it with many basements levels and new rooms. My most ambitious expansion yet was a floating room for an onsen when SE dropped.Some honorable mentions for 4 would be the large vacant manor in Strangerville, the shipwreck from IL, Hound's Head from C&D, and the Goth house (though I never play with it).I think I was even more nomadic in the other entries, but I really liked one of the rural homes in Sims 1. I think it was called something farm. Anyway, it was small but came with plots of soil. In 3, I remember liking the largest (or what I remember to be the largest) home in Appaloosa Plains. I really liked that world anyway. In 2, I think the two witch sisters' home from Apartment Life.*editI looked it up. Sims 1 was Appleview Farm, an Old Town lot apparently. Sims 2 was 218 Bay View Drive, home of the Cordial family (no wonder I did not remember with a name like that, there were three others nearly identical). Sims 3 was an amalgamation of the Lexington and Six Gables Stable in my mind, but my favorite was Six Gables Stable.

I have always build my own houses and the premade houses were always too small for me and were quickly expanded, like the Sims 1 advertisement has promised. From my own houses I have one house which I love especially and which I use often as a shell for new houses. It's based on a real villa in Gdansk, Poland, which I had seen every day on my way to work and which I had admired. This house has a special place in my heart, it is a memory of the good times.

i don't remember them all to give an honest opinion but if i had to pick it would be the Goth house from ts1 (5 sim lane) because it's iconic. also the dream house from ts1 console story mode because to me it's iconic as well lol but never finished that gamemode. from ts4 i'd pick vlad's mansion, it looks majestic but i bulldozed it and built the Goth's 5 sim lane on that lot.

I don't know why, but I really like the Bachelor house from TS3 (Greener & Greener). I rebuilt it for TS4 and one of my families lives in it in Evergreen Harbour.

Riverside Roost in Willow Creek is a very easy to use house and Sims really get along with the layout. It's next to the Pancakes house. Focus upgrades around the kitchen and downstairs bathroom. Set up baby and toddler stuff in the hallway behind the stove. I've had 5 Sims living in it at once. It's excellent for 3

The Parkshore house in TS4 in Willow Creek between the Goth’s house and the little park. I have always wanted a house like that my whole life, and now I have it in my game. I have a few renovated versions of it on the gallery. It’s kind of plain and droopy in its original state but the Strangerville pack especially let me bring it to its full painted lady potential.

I don't keep any of the original houses on the lots, the decor and furniture is usually either too dark or too cluttered. I bulldoze them and rebuild. I like houses with no wall hangings/plants/trees/clutter, are that are neutral colours. I don't know why they use dark brown flooring in every house! Its horrible and by the time I've deleted all the stuff I don't like about a house its easier to just bulldoze it and start again.

I have 5 favourite houses that I use that I created myself, one looks like shipping containers stacked in different angles with ladders to each level and a little garden/balcony on each level that's good for my single pet less sims. My favourite is a family home and the layout is perfect for walls half down viewing, nothing getting in the way. I love to build so i dont always use the same houses as I like to try and do challenge myself to build something different each time. Some of the lots have beautiful views so I like to build roof terraces to appreciate the views.

Sims 3 and I think it’s the unabridged house it’s a modern one near the beach with a swimming pool in sunset valley. Although sims 4 Ophelia villa is a close runner up

I must agree with @Onverser about Vlad's mansion and that eco living house. I Haven't played much in those, but I plan to keep them. Then I would like to mention Umbrage Manor from base game and also Sultry Springside where Calientes lived. Overall I like how they built Selvadorada. I don't really remember the houses from older games that well. I didn't like premade lots, especially in TS2.

Any of the ones that came with Snowy Escape cause they were built by people that actually play the game. No offense to Maxis/EA but building/decorating homes is really not their strong point. :#

My favorites in Sims 4 are Pique Hearth and Rindle Rose. The floor-plans of those two builds can be changed to fit almost any style of architecture. I started to notice that many of the speed build videos were basically variations of either Pique Hearth or Rindle Rose. That's when I started playing around with the floorplans of the two Maxis builds. I recently found that Umbrage Manor isn't too bad either. I'm still working on the floorplan for that one though.

My favorite house in Sims 2 was the Europen Townhouse. I think it was a bin house. It was very small so I used it for university students. It had a flexible floorplan so I was able to expand it as families changed.
