February Patch Speculation 2018 (Out Now New skintones,new female hair and shirt)

Normally I wouldn't put this up this early since the Jan Patch isn't out yet but I think the Feb Patch will be a base game changer ahead of the Gamepack. Guess 1 Cars This also includes Garages. ...

I'm sure something will be added to the base game if the Gamepack is next month and I think it is. Also I hope if we're getting a free valentines day set I hope the February Patch comes out the first week in Feb cause VDay is on the 14th.
