My cop made rank 4, detective and his uniform didn't change. He is still using his officer uniform. This as intended?

The EP is great so far. You guys put a lot of work in. Excited to see what's next.

Would like to see some kind of resisting arrest mechanic, where the perp fights or runs. Like in the cop and Llama trailer. Might be in game at higher levels already. Not sure
