FEEDBACK on Get to Work: Tell us what you think

I started the Doctor career and now all my friends that my kids had and love interest and all the friends that the adult sim had has disappeared. I now the only people on my list are my family members. I don't mean to complain but I expected something like a shopping district where there would be more shops or we were able to go to the hospital or the other new venues freely instead of only being able to go there when its just time to go.
