I liked the game at first...then after playing it for a while, I started noticing at lot of annoying things (not certain if these are bugs or if they just annoy me). I have a lot of bad stuff to post, but a lot of people tend to notice the bad over the good, right? :wink:
Bad:
-My sim stopped surgery promptly at 7pm since she that's when her shift ends. Why can't the careers be salary based so our sims can come in early and stay late? A real doctor doesn't leave as soon as their shift ends if they are in surgery
-Can we please have more than one other doctor at the doctor's office? The only other doctor doesn't even work! It's no wonder they remained a doctor the entire time my sim was constantly getting promoted. The other doctor was always playing games on their phone or talking to patients. This caused lots of displeased patients to leave, but if it takes an entire day to cure one patient, how do you expect us to get other patients into beds?
-My male sim gets abducted by aliens every night.
-Why does it take an entire day to cure one patient? Especially since if my sim gets sick, all they have to do is order medicine and they're cured instantly. I'm happy that you guys didn't make it like a real hospital to where my sick sims would be there all day trying to get cured as opposed to taking a magic medicine that instantly cures them (kinda defeats the entire purpose of the doctor career)
-I would love to be able to run a real restaurant. I know that you guys said a while back that we don't actually have restaurants, but please stop with the trailers that make the gameplay so misleading. The trailer showed a restaurant full of sims eating and a waiter actually delivering more food to a table. That's just not nice.
-4 new lots. Please. I want more lots. I miss big worlds. TS3 had huge worlds and it was an open world! Why do we get such tiny worlds when there are loading screens between every single lot? Not all of us have slower computers! I wish there was an option to turn on an open world for us with higher end computers.
Sorry that I was so brutal. I love The Sims. Been here since the beginning (I loved The Sims Bustin Out and the original sims on my gamecube, and of course the original sims for the computer). I just am hoping for improvement. I know the developers get impossible deadlines imposed on you by your boss, and you also get the angered fans. It really isn't fair on you. I have had high expectations for my Sims games since the previous games have all been wonderful. If you need to, tell your boss up, lol! Quality over quantity any day, please.
