The thing is: you can't. You can't review something you have never experienced. It's biased. People in France say the worst things about the United States and Americans. I had a bad impression. When I had to go to San Diego once for work, everyone was kind and lovely to me and the city was beautiful. So, my experiennce was very different from other "reviewers".
But the OP was noting the facts of the expansion and they do mar the fun and gameplay for myself so I have to agree with all that was said.
