Feedback: Poorly Dressed Big City Tourists

The tourists of San Myshuno are currently forced to wear tourist attire obviously meant for nice summer days during the cold of winter and even in outright blizzards. That is, short-sleeved shirts, shorts/cropped pants and slip-ins. Brrr! They turn blue!
Dear, Sims 4 Team...could you please deal with this little Seasons oversight and remove the inappropriate outfit, letting the tourist Sims wear warm clothes instead?
