Is it still happening, @Jendowoz0612 ? Have you deleted the localthumbcache file in your Sims 4 folder? This file is known to cause issues if you add or remove CC. It's good to delete this file every time you make a change in your mods folder, even if you only remove or add one single piece of CC. I've gotten into the habit of deleting this file evey single time before starting up my game, just in case.
I would recommend trying this, even if you've already found the problem CC. Remember to back up your saves and tray file first! Do not have your game running when you remove or add files.
1. Remove your mods folder and set it aside on your desktop.
2. Delete the localthumbcache file.
3. Repair the game.
4. See that the game starts and CAS works correctly.
5. Exit without saving.
6. Delete the localthumbcache file again.
7. Put your CC and mods into the new mods folder.
8. Try your game again and see if the problem persists.
Good luck! :)
