Ok, I know that a female sim can get a fertility massage from a masseuse, and that it lasts for 12 hours.. but when, did they start making it available on the male sims too ? Tonight, I wanted Vlad...

Whats the point of anything "fertility" in this game when almost every household gets twins or triplets?
