I think your list of play styles is pretty complete.
However I think the occult playstyle is a bit a weird one in the list. It can be something on it's own but it can also be a flavour that can be added to the other play styles. You can build for occults, create occult households, raise families with occults or achieve goals such a leveling up and completing aspirations. I think a lot of simmers can be a combination of these playstyles. Personally I love to play either occult-family or occult-level up (mostly completing aspirations)
For your challenge you could use ghosts or plantsims as a basegame way to add an occult flavour to your game.
