Fire Department
Is there one? I just had a fire and my smoke detector went off but no one came to help. I also couldn't use my phone to call them, the only option on the phone during the fire was 'silence phone'.

No, not yet. I have a feeling they will add firefighting as a career later on though, so we may get a fire department sooner or later.
