Fires Starting in the Basement Around the pool?
This has to be my sixth fire that got started down in the basement where the built-in pool is. How on Earth does a fire start on concrete?

Yup, I would say it's accumulated dust. I had that problem in a Cape Cod-style house I built that has a third level with empty dormer rooms. I had to put a ladder, doors, and the robot vacuum up there (one in each dormer) and have a sim vacuum there from time to time anyway in order to avoid endless dormer/rooftop fires I was plagued with for a while till I figured out what it was. :D
