First Thoughts On Discover University?

Welp, now I'm dabbling in the "secret society" and I can honestly say I hate it. I can't figure out how to appease the sprites at all.
The tasks the society gave me were to offer a metal and a harvestable. I've tried MULTIPLE varieties of each and the task has yet to be complete and the sprites are angry with me... making me angry at them.

Here is what I did, I moved my Sim on another lot and played the current Semester, when it was done she needed to enrolled again and that's when she needed to chose where to live again. I guess that might be the only way. Since it seems that they just can't move during the Semester...

Love it so far. It's awesome! Especially the roommate feature. It really changes the dynamic of the game. They do need to look at a few issues though.

1. Roommates returning from buying food, leaving it in their inventory and eating spoiled food all the time.

2. Not sure what to call this but many times a roommate would approach to start conversation but it then just drops off. It's happens with the sim I'm playing and I see it also happening between roommates quite often. Too often. They approach each other but then will just stand there.

3. Sick roommates - It would be nice to be able to do something about this. The ability to give them medicine and they actually take it, get them to see a doctor - anything to give the ability to help out would be really nice.

Other than that I have to say this may be the best expansion yet. Well, for me anyway :)

One con I have noticed is dirty/ unwashed sims everywhere. The sims at university don't seem to want to use the showers. I encounter stinky sims everywhere. Thankfully the sims I chose to test the pack out is a magician and has use scurbo on everyone and lots in the dorm which the garbage shoot doesn't seem to work. So dirty dorm & dirty roommates makes a sim not want to study or do homework.

If you're wondering about the pack, I'd recommend watching videos like Carl's sims guide and others, they go through what is good and bad about the pack aswell. Watching lets plays and reading posts here also what issues people are having a good idea to get to know the pack. I don't have it myself, and I'll only get it on sale, as I think the price is way high for what is in it.

You need to make the offerings at the alter in the circle of mushrooms by the bar, not at the statue on campus.

The university pack is one of the best pack in Sims 4 so far. It is fun my sims change dorm in every term and meet different dorm-mates.

For me, this pack is definitely the most addicting one yet and maybe the best EP for TS4. That's too early to say though as there's still so much I haven't done, I've only played in Britechester and haven't even started on any of the new careers. But I'm having so much fun with the challenge and complexity of Uni life and I discover new little features all the time. It really feels like a full University experience!

I've resisted the urge to hurry my Sim through university, and he's only taking two classes per term. That's pretty manageable - he can get his term papers and presentations done the weekend before class starts, and has plenty of time to do some of the extra things required by the university aspiration (such as tutoring and attending guest lectures). I'm looking forward to seeing what classes he'll be taking next - I think he was almost done with his 4th and 5th classes on Sunday.

I really didn't like Sims2 University - this version is so much easier to play at my own pace, and do the things I want to do.
