"Alien Sims will no longer repeatedly wipe out the memory of their spouse autonomously."
I hope this means they simply don't do this autonomously at all and not that it is limited to their spouse. My alien/human baby keeps doing it to his father. This is so invasive it should only be a player driven action and never automatic.
