Anyone watch the video about the fixes, and that more will come. I got the a bit of a "please baby don't leave, I didn't realize you had standards, I'll fix more than just a few things off your list/top expectations" vibe XD
I'd just be slightly more impressed, if they'd also fix bugs with fewer upvotes (especially for the new packs). As some of these fixes were years in the waiting (so I am fine with them taking priority), I just don't want to wait years for people to finally realize something is broken in a pack, I and others figured out within the first weeks of the pack being released X /

I actually didn't get that vibe. 🙂 I thought Dave was just reassuring us that the Quality of Life Roadmap, introduced two months ago, is still a priority for the Sims team.

I think it is because they felt the need to make a video of it at all (I was mostly satisfied with the announcements, and will be more satisfied when I get to test/try the results). I mean some of the bug fixes were complained about for years, the video gives the: they just got the message, that there are bugs at all X / and they are sooo on it "now".
Just it didn't sit well with me, but I am a slightly skeptical person when it comes to people who have to talk about something more than is required—instead of just doing it. But I get that they may want to market these fixes, and help gain support.

I'm sorry you find yourself disliking the talking about it. How long have you been using EA products, especially Sims games? They weren't very transparent, for a long time. We the Players nagged and now they're being responsive. Try to look at it that way. Have a great day.
