Don't get me wrong I am glad we are getting fixes, I have heard that in the past year there has been an uptick on fixes (and that is great), and the current road map even more. I just wasn't a fan of video, but no hate or anything, just a : / moment, slightly questioning the level of sincerity. Can't a girl be cautiously optimistic and slightly skeptical till we actually get the final results/fixes?
Otherwise, as I mentioned before, there should also be attention to other bugs, even those not extremely upvoted if confirmed bugs, as I don't think waiting till enough people notice is a good/the best policy. But clearly take care of most upvoted/higher priority fixes first.
I mean I found an obvious bug, with a fairly obvious fix, but I am the only one who noticed it/reported it, and they won't even investigate until there is more reports (aka awaiting more reports)... as modder I can fix it myself, and why I was able to confirm the bug in the internal files in the first place, but this just didn't sit well with me (and what I have to wait years till others notice, or never get a fix?). And this just has me concerned during this time they are prioritizing bug fixes.
Yes, it is a bit sad that only 'popular' bugs seem to get any attention. I am waiting to be able to play a sim couple as vets, but the vet career is so buggy and yet it never gets fixed because there is no attention on it.
I realise that they only have a finite amount of resources but it seems that some bugs are just sat around for years and years...

Is there an active bug-report on the vet career? I would happily vote on it, but as a modded player I can't make bug-reports myself as I am far too lazy to remove all my mods just to make a report.

There are quite a few different ones, depending on the bug experienced. This is the one I started a few months ago:
