Fixes & Freebies: November 4 Update

Though there is a lot of talk about fixes and freebies, there hasn't much on addressing "top wants"/feedback/adjustments to current features. There is probably just as much feedback on wanting more cross-pack features/updates, more toggles, and base game updates, than bug reporting. Why completely gloss over that?

Especially, considering some of these requests/feedback/adjustments range from simple file tuning to making popular customizing mods official features (which the work and/or foundation isn't starting from scratch, and really is just about better maintaining cross-pack user friendliness). From improving older traits, updating Simology UI, etc.
