Flatten terrain with house
I have a house built and would like to try flattening the terrain I made before building the house (slight hill), but want the house to remain as-is. I thought I could just choose 'flatten lot', but this only seems to flatten the outer area and a 2nd level that the bulk of the house is on, and leaves a small 'transition' incline. In other words, the whole lot terrain does not flatten. Am I doing something wrong, or is this not an option?
