Floating Books

Sul Sul and sorry for the dumb question :D
How can my Spellcasters make the books float while reading? I've seen this on pictures and in trailers before, but haven't figured out how to do it yet.

    I think when you reach a certain level as a spellcaster (I think it was adept) the sim makes the spellbooks float while studying.
