Follow up with patient. ?

hi, was it a dream or was it a feature that you could follow up with a patient at home while in the doctor career?
i know of the house calls during working hours, but i thought you could "follow up" with patients outside of the working hours.

thanks

I've never seen that. Do you remember if, in your dream, it was a phone option, or a computer option or if you had to travel to their home? It's possible I missed it.

I'm sure it was a phone option

Edit. Checked it out. Yes, I found this option in The Sims 3, but didn't in The Sims 4.
Could it be possible you didn't have the dream, but misremembered a feature from The Sims 3 into The Sims 4?

    Aaaahhhhh maybe yes ?

It's been some time since I played with the medical professions, but I believe once you get to the upper levels, you have an option to go off campus during your shift.

I remember a "clinic" setting, where you vaccinate/treat as many folks at a community lot as you can, and one to follow up with a house call to a particular patient you've seen at the hospital.

Yes this! But I can't seem to get to it.

That does sound like the doctor profession from Sims3. Yes, quite often the clinic was in a cemetery, too. What a way to convince Sims to take the vaccine, eh? Oi! LOL
