Follow your Sim kids to school?

A lot of simmers keep asking for this but this is in my opinion a really bad idea. It would mean that you follow a single child to school where you need to do whatever the checklist tells you to do for 8 sim hours while the rest of the household gets ignored/neglected. It sounds super boring to me. Get to Work is my least favourite EP and that is the main reason why.
It would be so much better for them to release a GP focused on kids and teens' education with tons of after school activities, clubs, a private school (rabbit hole), special events such as bake sale or school trip, etc
