Food is not being served to some customers

Yes I have this problem also. What happens in my game is two different scenarios. The chef cooks the food the waiter picks it up and then sets it down on the floor. When it gets put on the floor it disappears ruining any chance to get it delivered.

The other scenario is the waiter delivers it to the table, goes through all the animations but the table is empty.

In both of these situations the chef doesn't cook a new order because the game thinks the customer received their food.

We need an option to serve the customer again.

The only time a chef re-makes the food is if a klutzy waiter drops it upon delivery.

For me it happens at least once for each shift. I don't think it has anything to do with how hard you work them.

Are you using MC Command Center ?

Nope I'm not.

Well it has happened in 2 different restaurants. Both came with dine out. The Hogan's Burger place and Sunny Side Up I think there's ice cream at the burger place. No popcorn.

When I get home from work I can check.

What I find in common just as @Dramatic-Gamer mentioned is its at the end of the day but not always. Maybe it is because their overworked.

Yes I have no mods or cc of any kind.

That happens to me maybe once a shift, but when I was playing around with new customers disallowed option and the faster eater perk that was happening several times each shift. I stopped using both (an earlier save) and things returned to normal.

Are you using either of those?

No the only perks I had was at Hogan's and it was for an extra waiter and the produce perk for better quality ingredients I believe.

I notice that sometimes customers you recommend dishes to won't recieve their dish.
- if they are alone
or
- if all sims at the table got their dish recommended.

The waiter never went to those tables
