Food is not being served to some customers
I own a restaurant and sometimes there are some customers that never get their food and end up by leaving while giving me horrible reviews I have full employees "a host / 3 waiters / 2 chefs" and al...

Things I've noticed with the missed tables
-I notice that it happens if single sims recieve a recommendation. (Sometimes)
-I notice it also happens if everyone at the table was given a recommendation. (Sometimes)
-I have also seen a waiter take a serving tray, and then it disappears after they do the "I cannot complete this action" animation and set it down on the floor.
-Sometimes the workers get stuck/frozen and cannot do their work, so any tables associated with that cook or waiter are missed upon them resuming work.. if they resume work. Examples would be chef does cooking animations but doesn't actually put out any food, or waiter just standing around in the kitchen or in the front of the restaurant.
Also doesn't seem to related to any specific objects or employees. Just happens at random.
