I modified the park in Willow Creek and put in some food stalls but no vendor came to work them. There is an option to hire a vendor but why should my sim hire a vendor in a public space? lol. Wh...

@aaronrulz - Good point - I would be happy with a stall or truck (small) that could be placed in parks - beaches - places for my Sims to go to have something to do. I could also see them at a museum - library - all those places Sims go but eventually need food.
