For anyone unable to lock doors...

Question

Try flipping the door around and testing again to see if the door locks will work. I have a few lots containing multiple homes and families. It drove me crazy that I couldn’t make each family use the stuff in their own homes instead of going in everyone else’s house to watch tv, wash dishes, etc. I saw a comment from MarleytheWizard on Answers HQ about how with this bug, doors are locked from one side. Sims can go through a locked door, but can’t get back out. So I turned my doors on the lots and now the locks work again!

OMG thank you, I needed to know this so bad! I'm starting over my 100 baby challenge and it's so stressful without door lockers, now they can leave my freaking babies alone  &lt;3

Thanks for this, I actually had my neighbors walk into the house and then knock and wait for me to invite them in for a visit LOL
