My concern was that only apartment lots could be made into apartments. Not just any lot. So this has got me happy, heh heh! :smiley:
I have probably about a dozen lots already that I'd love to turn into actual apartments. Well, also like a couple trailer parks where each trailer would be it's own apartment too.
