My sims just received 250 profit from her apartmenst and one tenant left before the agreement eneded so, she also got 700 simeleons. Things are starting to work out for her rental business. There was ghost problem and she hired someone to take care of it, and it costed 350 simeleons. The apartmens are still only 2 stars lol..but thats the idea, she not wealthy yet. Her apartmens are basic. They are in ground floor so maybe when she has enought simeleons, she will build second floor and more apartments. Right now im enjoying this slow progress and challenge. But if you guys have any tips, I would love to hear how you play.
