So, I finally figured out how to make my building into a rental duplex with my sim living in the other side. I have upgraded everything in both apartments, but still stuff breaks down. I am into the second day of landlord, and I am curious, when is the rent paid? So far, he has broken one rule, no loud noises after 10 PM. That is a $250 fine, when do I get that?
