One thing I'm curious about that I'm not sure has been addressed is whether or not the "home" unit counts against the 99 units thing. So if I own a row of three terrace apartments, live in one and rent out the other two, is that three units or two? Because that could go a long way in helping with my 99 units limit (I am basically already at 99 if I count up all the possible multi-unit housing I already have in my save).
