For Rent: Option to turn off flashing lights when electrical problems happen *Epilepsy and migraine*

Hello! As someone who has epilepsy and has no issues playing the game (I've played since the first Sims) I was caught off guard when I had an electrical issue in my apartment and the lights started flashing and it was random and for a long time. I know there are warning notices about playing with epilepsy. I was just thinking it might be a good idea to put it in the game pack options to have the flickering lights as an option to be turned off or on with the use of that pack. Thank you for your time!
